Wellbeing Lincs is improving lives for adults across Boston and the rest of Lincolnshire; helping people to achieve more fulfilled, confident, independent living at home.
Lincolnshire's Wellbeing Service is now delivered universally across the county by a partnership of Lincolnshire's District Councils.
As a county-wide service, Wellbeing Lincs seeks to support adults across the whole of Lincolnshire to achieve more fulfilled and confident independent living.
Funded by Lincolnshire County Council, it is delivered through a partnership of local district councils.
Referrals continue to be made through Lincolnshire County Council's Customer Service Centre on 01522 782140.
