Privacy is important to us. We have a data protection policy in place in which we commit to taking care of personal information.

To deliver our services, we need to collect, use, store, share and dispose of personal information. This is known as data processing.

The Data Protection Act encourages organisations to strike a balance between the privacy of individuals and delivering services for the public.

Privacy notice

When we collect personal information from you, we must tell you why we need it, what we will do with it and how long we will keep it. This is called a privacy notice.

The information on theses page is our privacy notice to explain how we process your personal information. We are currently working on more privacy notices in each of our service areas, which will be published as soon as possible.
