APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by BKUK Group Ltd to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Burger King which are situated at Pilgrim Way, Wyberton, Boston PE21 7NE

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times:

Provision of indoors & outdoors Late Night Refreshment 

Monday - Sunday: 23:00 hours until 05.00 hours  the following day 

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Thursday 27th February 2025

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
