Public Space Protection Order - restricting public right of way over highway

Notice is hereby given that Boston Borough Council ('the Council') proposes to extend the following Order under Section 64 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 ('the Act') as follows.

This Order may be cited as the Public Spaces Protection Order (Boston Borough Council) 2014 and came into force on 1^st June 2015.

The current Order will have effect until 8^th June 2024, Boston Borough Council is proposing to extend the order for a further three-year period to 8th June 2027.

The effect of this Order is to restrict the public right of way over the highway named as Hatter Lane, Boston.
