Trade Union Facility Time

Local authorities must publish the following information on trade union facility time in accordance with the Facility Time Publication Requirement Regulations 2017:

Percentage of facility time used to undertake Union activities: 0%  (2023/24)

Pay Policy

Local Authorities are required to publish their Pay Policy Statement Annually. 

Organisation Chart

Local Authorities are required to publish an organisation chart covering members of staff in the top three levels of the organisation. The organisation chart includes the top three levels of staff as well as the fourth level which consists of Service Managers.

Our organisation chart reflects our shared management structure following the agreement to enter into the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.
