Report Anti-Social Behaviour

Please use this form if you want to report an incident of anti-social behaviour. 

Anti-social behaviour, or ASB, is defined as 'conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person'. 

This form should not be used to report noise nuisance, please email Environmental.Health@boston.gov.uk in the first instance. Further information on noise nuisance and what steps you can take can be found on the Noise Pollution page.

You can use this online form to let the Council's Anti-Social Behaviour Team know about any anti-social behaviour you have witnessed or been a victim of.

Please note: If there is an immediate threat to either person or property please telephone Lincolnshire Police on the emergency number 999. For any other criminal incidents, please contact Lincolnshire Police on their non emergency number 101.

Please be aware that the online method of reporting is only monitored during office hours (Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5.15pm and Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm).

  • You will need to know the details of the incident(s) you're reporting and anybody involved in the incident.
  • There is a time limit on each page of this form of 1 hour. Select the 'Next' / 'Submit' button on each page within an hour, otherwise your data will be lost.
  • All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
  • Extra help, where provided, can be found immediately after each field.

What we do with your information

Boston Borough Council needs the information in this form to perform its public task under the Local Government Act. We will share the information we collect only where we are legally allowed to. Your feedback will be used to measure and understand the Council's performance - but in these cases will be anonymised.

When you have successfully completed your application you should receive a confirmation email (if you give an email address).
