Before You Start

This form will allow you to subscribe to the garden waste collection service for 2024/2025.

You will need the following information to complete this form:

• Your postcode.
• A credit or debit card to make your payment.

What We Do With Your Information

In order to deliver and manage provision of garden waste collection services we have to process some of your personal information.

We collect the information you provide to us directly, such as you contacting us about our services by email, post, telephone, completing forms or online applications. We are only able to collect your data for the described purpose related to garden waste collection service.  We have to disclose your personal data to third parties if required by law, or use for fraud related purposes.

We only process your personal data where we have a lawful reason to do so as set out in Article 6 of GDPR which, for garden waste, is our contract with you. Some of this information is for the payments of the contract, for the address of the contract and to enable us to contact you. In cases where we collect payments, we keep your information for  6 years in line with legal obligations.  We will use your details to contact you about your service, and to send reminders in respect to continuing your service next years.

The types of personal data, in GDPR terms, which we use are:

• your name;
• your address;
• your contact details.
• We will also process financial details for your payments.

When you have successfully completed your application, you will receive a 16-digit reference number and should receive a confirmation email.
