SERVICE CHANGES:

Please be aware there are some refuse collection changes over the Christmas and New Year period - check if you are affected at www.boston.gov.uk/ChristmasCollections

I have received a final notice, what does this mean?

Our records show that you have been sent two reminders and have missed another instalment.

The final notice explains that you have lost the right to pay by instalments and the whole balance must paid in full.

Pay the balance online.

If you do not pay the amount shown on the final notice within seven days of issue, we will ask the Magistrates' Court to issue a summons. Costs will be added to your account if a summons is issued.

If you are unable to pay in full, we may agree to a lump sum and a payment arrangement for the remaining amount. Call us on 01205 314200, select Debt Recovery and hold to speak with an advisor.  Do not do anything without agreeing it with us first or you may still receive a summons.
