Relay UK

Boston Borough Council is proud to be using the Relay UK service.

If you have hearing loss or a speech impairment and need to call the Council, Relay UK is there to help.

When you use Relay to call the Council, you can type or talk your message. A specially trained Relay Assistant will relay the conversation and you read the replies in real-time.

The Relay UK service is free - you only pay your normal call charges. 

Search for Relay UK on the App Store for iphone or ipad and at Google Play for Android devices. You can also use the service with a textphone.
