APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Herons Food Limited to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Herons Foods which are situated at 38A-40A Wide Bargate Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 6RY

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times:

Supply of Alcohol (off the premises)

Monday - Saturday: 07:00 hrs - 22:00 hrs

Sunday: 10:00 hrs - 16:00 hrs

Hours Premises are open to the Public

Monday - Saturday: 07:00 hrs - 22:00 hrs

Sunday: 10:00 hrs - 16:00 hrs

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Thursday 5th December 2024.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
