COUNCIL TAX BILLING

Please check your bill for your instalment dates and amounts. The first instalment for the new year will be due on 1^st April (unless you pay by Direct Debit on 4^th, 12^th, 20^th or 28^th of the month). We anticipate our phone lines will be busy over the next few weeks. Phone lines will be extended Monday to Thursday until 7pm between March 17 and 27. Phone lines are open until 4.45pm on March 21 and 28.

Repossession & Bankruptcy

If a property has been left empty due to repossession or bankruptcy an exemption can be applied.

Exempt Class L
The property has been repossessed by the mortgage company. Contact us on 01205 314200and provide full details including mortgage company, mortgage account number and evidence of the repossession.

Exempt Class Q
The property has been left empty by a bankrupt person. Contact us on 01205 314200 and provide full details of your bankruptcy.
