Self-Build and Custom Build Register
The Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 placed a duty on local councils across England to keep and have regard to a register of people who are interested in self-build or custom build projects within their areas.
The register will help inform the council of the demand for self-build and custom build plots in Boston Borough and enable the Council to develop a strategy for matching people to plots.

If you would like to register your interest for a self-build or self-custom plot, please contact the planning team.
Registration will help us to assist you but places no obligation on yourselves. The Council as the Planning Authority will assess any planning applications on their merits.
The register will not be a public document, but we may publish headline data from it annually.
