COUNCIL TAX BILLING

Please check your bill for your instalment dates and amounts. The first instalment for the new year will be due on 1^st April (unless you pay by Direct Debit on 4^th, 12^th, 20^th or 28^th of the month). We anticipate our phone lines will be busy over the next few weeks. Phone lines will be extended Monday to Thursday until 7pm between March 17 and 27. Phone lines are open until 4.45pm on March 21 and 28.

5-year housing land supply

We are required to publish information on whether there are enough deliverable sites to meet the area's housing needs over the next five years.

This is very important because, if we cannot demonstrate a five-year supply of deliverable housing sites, we are required to consider favourably planning applications for housing, having regard to the policies in the Government's National Planning Policy Framework.
