On behalf of Lincolnshire County Council, the Council manages 24 permanent pitches for gypsies and travellers within Boston.
These fully fenced pitches provide hard-standing for:
- one static caravan,
- a tarmac drive for two vehicles,
- a utility block containing a small kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom and
- a metered electricity supply.
Admission onto the site is restricted to people with a travelling background and accessed via a waiting list maintained by the Council. The site has a visiting warden and pitches are rented out under strict licence arrangements.
To register for a pitch, you can either contact the Council directly (01205 314200) or email your name, current address, household details, address history and contact telephone number to: the housing team.
