Heron Park

Housing development to include affordable rented and shared ownership properties. The first two phases of this development have been completed and the third is currently under construction. 

London Road, Kirton

Development in Kirton of social rented and shared ownership properties. To be delivered throughout 2023 and 2024.

Toot Lane, Fishtoft

This development is currently under construction and includes a mix of social rent, shared ownership and rent to buy units.

Middlegate Road, Frampton

This development includes a mix of rented and shared ownership units with the next rented units due to be completed in May and June 2024 and a further shared ownership unit in July 2024

How to apply for one of these properties

Properties are generally advertised for letting approximately 6 weeks prior to their completion date. 

Most new properties are prioritised for people with a strong local connection to the area.
