Your privacy is very important. Boston Borough Council is the Data Controller responsible for the personal information you may provide.

Why we need your personal data

Your information will be used for Boston Heroes Recognition Scheme. The purpose of processing your information is in support of the Councils commitment to community leadership. 

How your data is used

When accepting a nomination , the following details will be asked for:

• Your name
• Nominee name
• Contact details
• Contact details of your nomination (if available
• Reason for nomination

Winners information will be kept for a period of three years, all other nominees information will be deleted within three months of recognition ceremony.
