LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Petrogas Group UK Ltd to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Applegreen which are situated at 118 Sleaford Road, Boston, PE21 7PE


The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises

Monday - Sunday: midnight until 11.59pm

Late Night Refeshment

Monday - Sunday:  11pm until 5am the following day

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by 01st August 2018.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.

Extension of the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises 

Sunday - Thursday: 6pm until 3.30am the following day
Friday - Saturday: 6pm hours until 4am the following day

Sunday - Thursday: 6pm until 3.30am the following day
Friday - Saturday: 6pm until 4.15am the following day
