LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a the variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Rabar Ibrahimi to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as European Market2 which are situated at 45a - 47 West Street, Boston, PE21 8QN

The variation applied for is

Extension of the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises

Monday - Sunday:   5am until 11pm

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by  Wednesday 11th July 2018.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises (mail order)

Monday - Sunday: midnight until 11.59pm

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Wednesday 11th July 2018.
