LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Sarbaz Mohamed to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises which are situated at 36 Red Lion Street, Boston, PE21 6PZ

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises

Monday to Sunday: 8 am until 11 pm

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Monday 18th February 2019. 

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.

Monday to Sunday 7am until 8pm

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Monday 04th March 2019.

The variation applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises

Sunday to Wednesday 10am until 2am the following day
Thursday to Saturday 10am until 4am the following day
24th & 31st December and Sunday and Monday of Bank Holiday weekends: 10am until 4am the following day
31st December from the start of permitted hours until the end of permitted hours the following day
An additional hour to the standard and non-standard timings on the day British Summer time commences

Extension of hours for the exhibition of a film, indoor sporting events, recorded music, performances of dance, anything of a similar description to live and recorded music and performances of dance
