APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a the variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Boston West Leisure Limited to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Boston West Golf Centre which are situated at Langrick Road, Hubbert's Bridge, Boston, PE20 3QX 

The variation applied for is

Extension of the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises and the amendment of the plan to incorporate alcohol sales at the driving range.

Sunday to Thursday 9 am until 11 pm
Friday to Saturday 9 am until 1 am the following day  

Extension of opening hours

Sunday to Thursday 7 am until 11 pm
Friday to Saturday 7 am until 1 am the following day

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by  Wednesday 10th October 2018.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.

Extension of the licensed area to incorporate the beer garden and other outdoor areas to permit the consumption of alcohol
