LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a the variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by AF Blakemore & Son Ltd Trading as Blakemore Retail to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Spar which are situated at 67 Parthian Avenue, Wyberton, Boston, PE21 7QD

The variation applied for is

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises

Monday to Sunday: 6am to 11pm

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by  Friday 08th December 2017.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
