LICENSING ACT 2003

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Malthurst Petroleum Limited to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as MRH Bicker Bar which are situated at Donington Road, Bicker, Boston, PE20 3AN

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises

Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day

Late night refreshment

Monday to Sunday 11pm until 5am the following day

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Friday 21st December 2018. 

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times

Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises and Recorded music

Monday - Sunday: 11 am until midnight

Late Night Refreshment

Monday - Sunday: 11 pm until midnight

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.
