Forms, fees, guidance and information on ways to submit applications.
Planning applications can be submitted online via the Planning Portal (recommended).
Please note; to submit a planning application via the Planning Portal you will need to register on its website. This is a straight forward process, which you will only need to do once.
Alternatively you can download the relevant form (select the link planning application forms from the useful link section on the right hand side of the screen), complete electronically and email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can post them to us at; Planning Services, Boston Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, PE21 8QR
What do I need to submit with my planning application?

Site Location Plans are required to be submitted with Planning Applications. This plan should be an extract from the Ordnance Survey to a scale of 1:1250 or 1:2500 and should show your property, the adjoining houses and roads in the surrounding area. The site of the proposal should be outlined in red and any other land in the ownership of the applicant in blue.
Boston Borough Council are now working in partnership with planning maps who provide an online service for the supply of Ordnance Survey location and block plans. Various options are available and can be supplied electronically or on paper.
If submitting your application online you will also be able to purchase location plans via the Planning portal.
