What happens when smokers talk to advisors?

Most people have their first contact with the service by calling 0800 622 6968 and speaking to one of the specialist telephone advisors. The advisor will provide initial help and explain all options available so they can decide which service, time/day, locations and advisor is best for them. Options include attending group sessions or having one-to-one appointments in person, over the telephone or using Skype. Face-to-face appointments can take place in the community, the work place or the home and have services available in multiple language communities.

 

How effective is it?
