Supplementary Planning Guidance
We have two pieces of supplementary planning guidance: the Wormgate Regeneration Plan; and Open Space in New Residential Development.
Wormgate Regeneration Plan
The Council adopted the Wormgate Regeneration Plan on 24th April 2006. The plan is concerned with the area of central Boston made up of Wormgate, Fountain Lane, Red Lion Street and Witham Street. It is intended to enhance the character, appearance and vitality of the area in order to maximise its contribution to the character and economy of the town centre as a whole, and can be viewed below.
SPG - Open Space in New Residential Development
The supplementary planning guidance regarding open space in new residential development was adopted in October 2002, and can be viewed below.
Please note - Appendix 3 of this Supplementary Planning Guidance has been replaced with a revised version dated April 2012.
