Sunday morning mash-up

A charity event was organised by staff at Geoff Moulder Leisure Complex in remembrance of their colleague, Sue, who sadly passed away of cancer earlier in the year. The event was called 'Sunday Morning Smash-up'.

Emma Keal and Chloe Watson taught a variety of hour classes, starting with Step, followed by Clubbercise finishing with Zumba from 9am to noon last Sunday.

Many members of the leisure complex attended the event dressed in 70s workout gear, some even wearing wigs.

Total amount raised was £296.10 which will be shared between Macmillan and The Butterfly Hospice Trust, the two charities that helped Sue through her illness.

Emma said: "We all had a fabulous time and lots of members made an effort and got dressed up in 70's workout gear. Myself and Chloe would like to thank all the members for contributing to a great cause."
