Storm warning: Refuse collection advice

Lincolnshire is likely to be hit by westerly winds with gusts of 65 to 75mph between midnight and 6am tomorrow (Wednesday, September 13).

The Met Office has issued an amber warning of the approach of Storm Aileen.

Residents who have refuse collections tomorrow have been asked to ensure their bin lids are firmly shut and not to put out any bagged side waste, but keep it until their next collection.
