Anyone can attend the Inquiry to be held at the council offices at Municipal Buildings, in West Street - commencing on Wednesday 13th September 2017.
In view of the revised Reception and entrance arrangements to the Municipal Buildings whilst building works are getting underway, a dedicated entrance for the Inquiry will be open from 9am to 10.30am on each day of the Inquiry. This is the stepped entrance to the right of the former main entrance. Each day staff will be available at this point to meet and direct interested parties to the Inquiry rooms. For assistance after 10.30am each day, please report to the normal reception area, where our Customer Service team will make arrangements for the public to be escorted to the Inquiry Room.
There is a possibility, with the Inspector's approval that audio from the Inquiry will be broadcast live on the internet by the Borough Council. Listeners will be able to tune into an audio-only broadcast of proceedings from mid morning on Wednesday, September 13, using the link http://www.mixlr.com/bostonbc/ if the Inspector agrees when the Inquiry opens at 10am.
